1. What is The Black Ledger?
The Black Ledger is an immersive 1920s speakeasy experience combining live performers,
interactive storytelling and a themed cocktail bar. Guests step inside a hidden world of
gangsters, secrets and betrayal where the story unfolds around them
2. Is this a theatre show?
Not in the traditional sense. The Black Ledger is an immersive experience where the action
happens all around you. Guests can become part of the atmosphere and can interact with
characters throughout the evening.
3. Do I need to participate?
No. Participation is completely optional. You can simply sit back and enjoy the story, or choose
to engage with characters and uncover additional secrets. If you purchase the Join the gang add
on then you will be apart of the show on the night
4. How long does the experience run?
The experience runs for approximately 90 minutes, including time to enjoy the speakeasy
atmosphere before and after the main storyline and then some drinking time after.
5. Is a drink included with my ticket?
This depends on the ticket type selected. Cocktail Experience and Boss Package tickets include
a signature cocktail, while General Admission tickets provide access to purchase drinks from
the bar.
6. What should I wear?
Smart casual attire is recommended. Guests are welcome to embrace the 1920s theme and
dress up if they wish, We will also have items for costumes as you arrived but it is not required.
7. Is there an age restriction?
The Black Ledger is recommended for guests aged 18 years and over due to mature themes and
the availability of alcohol.
8. Can I purchase additional drinks?
Yes. A selection of themed cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages will be available
throughout the evening. Please note drinks will be limited during the show
9. Is every show the same?
​The core storyline remains consistent, however guest interactions, character encounters and
audience decisions can create different experiences from one visit to the next.

Absolutely. The Black Ledger is perfect for birthdays, corporate events, date nights and group
